£60m 9.125% Fixed Rate Resetting Perpetual Subordinated Contingent Convertible Securities (XS1617418501) issued on 25 May 2017 and fully redeemed on 12 October 2021.
£15m 7.875% Perpetual Subordinated Bonds (GB00B67JQX63) and £22m 6.591% Perpetual Subordinated Bonds (GB00B61ZXL72), issued on 1 February 2011. The £15m PSBs were fully redeemed on 27 August 2024 and the £22m PSBs were fully redeemed on 7 September 2021.
