Additional Tier 1 Securities (AT1 securities)

On 5 October 2021, OSB GROUP PLC issued £150m of AT1 securities with an annual coupon rate of 6% and a first coupon reset date of 7 April 2027. The interest is payable on 7 April and 7 October.

The AT1 securities are listed on London Stock Exchange (ISIN XS2391408072) and were rated B+ by Fitch Ratings at issuance.
